| Being involved in an accident can be a very traumatic, With so much going through your mind the last thing someone wants to do is fill in lengthy insurance claims forms. Kerr Bros will do everything we can to help alleviate some of that stress by providing expert assistance, helping our customers feel more in control and confident about the insurance claim process.
If a client comes to us directly after having an accident and has to fill out a claims form, we will inform their insurance company for them and help fill out the relevant documents. This may be the first time that someone has been in an accident and has to go through this stressful process. Our staff are highly experienced in what protocol to take to ensure no mistakes are made and that the claim can be made as quickly and efficiently as possible, relieving that burden from the customer. |
